Neighbors, a group of individual citizens, neighborhood associations, and environmental organizations that are working together to ensure the best possible land use for the Crown Hill north woods.

We invite you to learn more about what is at stake for this historically and environmentally significant piece of land. Start by informing yourself on the issue, read about the natural significance of the site, and then take action. The Alliance has a vision for this site that is consistent with the Marion County Comprehensive Plan and is working with various nature organizations to make that vision a reality.

Please check this site regularly for updates.

We hope you will join this important effort!

UPDATES
2007 Archive Website
Welcome to the original archived site of the Alliance of Crown Hill Neighbors. Much of the information you will find here is as relevant today as it was a decade ago. Our goal today as it was then is to preserve the 14-acre old growth forest ecosystem into perpetuity.

For updated information about the 2016-2017 effort to conserve the forest ecosystem, visit Save the Crown Hill Woods. Also learn more at the Indiana Forest Alliance.
